★ Working Method ★
Once we exchange all the details, I’ll save you a
spot on the Waitlist.
You can choose between waiting for your turn and paying for the commission at that moment, or paying in advance and getting priority.Once the commission is paid, my "deadline" (due date) is one month.
Even so, you’ll be notified of any inconvenience.Once the commission has started, you’ll be sent a Sketch, so you can correct any mistake or detail I may have missed.
Then, you’ll receive the Lineart along with the Base Colors.
Your character’s colors may look more desaturated so they fit better with my art style.
If this doesn’t convince you, you can correct me at this step.Now I would start with the Lights and Shadows. From this point on, it will be quite difficult to correct any mistakes, so please let me know beforehand if you see something you don’t like.
In the event that you request complex changes once the commission is finished, additional charges may apply.

You must provide a reference or a good description of the characters and/or ideas you want me to draw.
That said, I’m not comfortable directly copying artwork (especially if it’s not my own). The final result may share the original idea but will look completely different. If you want an identical result to what you sent me, I encourage you to commission the original artist.Communication:
Communication is the most important thing, both on my side and yours. It’s necessary for you to be clear about the changes you want to make and to reply to messages as soon as possible. I appreciate all corrections, questions, or concerns—feel free to message me about anything. My priority is for you to have a great, high-quality drawing and a great experience.Payment:
Payment can be made when reserving the Slot (place on the waiting list) or when I’m about to start your commission. While I always respect the order of requests, if you pay in advance, you’ll be prioritized over requests that haven’t been paid yet.
That said, a slot is not a promise of payment—if you’re not sure (whether because of money or trust), it’s better to simply reserve the slot and pay when I’m about to begin.Refunds:
Although commissions can be canceled at any time, refunds will only be issued if I haven’t started the drawing and after my deadline has passed (one month from payment). Unless it’s a Badge. These are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
Please let me know about any cancellation as soon as possible so I can organize myself.Emergency Commissions:
If you want an Emergency Commission (delivered within 12–72 hours), double the total commission price will be charged.
